POLICIES
** I understand things unexpectedly happen. Please try to be mindful of my time and schedule. I enforce all of my policies 100%.
LATE Policy : If you are 10-15+ minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule for another day. If we need to reschedule for another day, you will be charged 35% of the service.

CANCELLATION Policy : Please give 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling / Cancellations after 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. This is a strict 48 hour policy!

NO-SHOW Policy : ALL no call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

REFUND Policy : I do not offer refunds of any kind! If you are unhappy with a service or product, you have 5 days to reach out to me. I am happy to make adjustments (WITHIN REASON)

Illness Policy : I kindly ask, if you are not feeling well, even the slightest bit, please cancel your appointment and reschedule when you are well! If you test positive for covid-19/flu/strep, my reschedule policy is 10 days after you test positive. These procedures are to ensure all guests and staff are kept healthy.
